___The designed building is like one of the urban fabric segments continuing the volume composing principles of already existing and new buildings, i.e. five-storey building volumes with green courtyards and underground car parking spaces. The uniqueness of the designed land plot is the existing group of trees which the project suggests to preserve by integrating it to the project as a whole.
___The architectural language of the designed buildings is formed from building volumes, opening proportions, facade textures, the form and substance of their colours and relations with separate details (e.g. balconies). The aim is to integrate the designed building into the forming environment, by also providing it with a moderate amount of unique features.
___The building’s construction will include assembled and monolithic reinforced concrete, brick masonry and insulation materials, while the finish will include textural plaster and finishing panels.
